October 3, 2016Precision Measurement Engineering (PME), a premiere designer and manufacturer of water monitoring systems and instruments, is thrilled to announce that its CEO Kristin Elliott has been named among San Diego Metropolitan Magazine’s coveted 40 Under 40 roster. Elliott, 33, joined her family’s business in 2006 and has been working towards creating a dynamic and dedicated team, defining the company vision and increasing growth.
PME produces innovative instruments for freshwater and oceanographic research all over the world. Elliott has tripled the company’s annual revenues over the last several years, with expected growth to $1.5 million in 2016. The company’s employee roster has also expanded to more than 10 people in the last two years.
“My father started PME in 1978, and I am ecstatic to carry on the family legacy and represent PME as well as the scientific industry to be recognized as a 40 under 40 honoree among such distinguished other community and industry leaders,” said Elliott. “Government agencies and research institutions all over the world utilize our instruments, and I am proud that our products are on the forefront of research that supports regions across the globe.”
Elliott is not only a dedicated executive committed to growing and developing PME, she divides her time being involved with various business organizations, including the San Diego Entrepreneur’s Organization. She is also a mother to two young children and dedicated wife who resides with her family in Vista, CA.
